Listing of bonus shares of ADBL likely to happen between Dashain & Tihar

The Agriculture Development Bank limited had offered 7% bonus shares and 8.79 % cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2070-71. The bonus shares certificate and cash warrant was distributed from Shrawan 11, 2072. Mr. Poshan Raj Lamichhane, Company Secretary of ADBL, said, “The process of listing bonus shares has been started. Recently we have got approval from SEBON to list our bonus shares. We will take next step of listing bonus shares during our next BOD meeting.” Looking at the time frame provided by the officials at ADBL, it is likely that these bonus shares would be listed sometime between Dashain and Tihar festival. Agricultural Development Bank’s 8th AGM held on Jestha 30, 2072 had endorsed 7% bonus shares and 8.79% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
