Liberty Energy Company convenes 10th AGM; in process to issue IPO worth 37.50 crore soon for project affected and general public

Liberty Energy Company has convened its 10^th AGM on Poush 11, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Kush Kumar Joshi. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year.

The hydropower company is in process of issuing IPO worth Rs 37.50 crore to project affected locals and general public in a near future since the company has already received go-ahead signal from SEBON, as per the media statement.

Liberty Energy is building three projects i.e. Upper Dordi A and Lodo Khola project in Lamjung, and Badigad Khola project in Gulmi.
