Liberty Power Company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its share registrar. The hydro developer company had recently issued its ordinary shares in IPO to the general investors.
The understanding for the same was signed between founding Director of Liberty Power Company Dr. Aatmaram Ghimire and MD of Prabhu Capital Mr. Dinesh Thakali, as per the media statement.
