Laxmi Sunrise Capital Signs IPO Management Deal With Genesis Ventures

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has signed an agreement with Genesis Ventures Limited to manage the proposed IPO issuance of 2.5 million ordinary shares. The agreement was formally signed by CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha and Chairman Anuj Rathi in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

Under the agreement, Laxmi Sunrise Capital will serve as the issue and sales manager for the upcoming IPO. Genesis Ventures, a private market investment company focused on unlisted equity opportunities and high-growth sectors, expects the IPO to support its future expansion and long-term growth plans.
