Laxmi Sunrise Bank Approves 10% Bonus Shares at 25th AGM

Laxmi Sunrise Bank held its 25th Annual General Meeting on December 29, 2025, in Kathmandu, approving the distribution of 10% bonus shares to shareholders, which will increase its paid-up capital to NPR 26.85 billion.
The AGM also endorsed the Directors’ Report and financial statements for FY 2024/25, appointed statutory auditors for FY 2025/26, and noted that the bank closed the year with a balance sheet size of NPR 443 billion and a net profit of NPR 4.06 billion, remaining within regulatory norms.
