Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is holding its 3rd Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 17 as per the notice published today.
The major agendas for the AGM are approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, appointment of auditors and election for 2 directors representing the public group.
The company has also announced the date of its book closure for the purpose of the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) from Mangsir 2 to Mangsir 17, 2071.
