Laxmi Laghubitta to facilitate quality and quantity growth of tea and cardamom farmers of Ilam and Panchthar through Sahaj project

Laxmi Laghubitta and Sahaj project have entered into an agreement with an aim to provide technical knowledge and financial literacy for the tea and cardamom farmers of microfinance’s customers in Ilam and Panchthar. The MoU regarding the same was signed between CEO of the microfinance Mr. Prakash Raj Sharma and team leader of Sahaj Project Mr. J.B. Banjara amid a program. Laxmi Laghubitta has aimed to provide technical know-how to its farmer members to increase the quality and quantity of their agricultural products and extend financial literacy among them through the initiation of Sahaj’s implementation.

The microfinance currently provides services to more than 77 thousand customers from its branches located in 47 districts.
