Laxmi Laghubitta (LLBS) Proposes 27.368421% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) has proposed a 27.368421% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 15 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 32.45 crores. 20% bonus shares and 7.368421% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 6.4 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 2.35 crores.

The company reported an impressive 196.01% increment in Net Profit in the last quarter of FY 2077/78. The net profit increased to Rs. 19.31 crores as compared to Rs. 6.52 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 60.36 and the net worth per share stood at Rs. 213.83.
