Laxmi Laghubitta distributing 11.32% cash dividend directly into bank account; Shareholders urged to update account information

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (LLBS) is distributing 11.32% cash dividend to its shareholders as approved by the eighth AGM of the microfinance.
Laxmi Capital Market is the share registrar of LLBS.
The microfinance has published a notice today informing that the dividend will be distributed directly to the bank accounts of respective shareholders mentioned in their Demat account. Therefore, shareholders are urged to update their bank information in the Demat account. Similarly, those who haven't yet dematerialized their shares are requested to create a Demat account and update all the information.
