Laxmi Laghubitta conducts 7th AGM; shareholders now await to receive 26.32% dividend

Laxmi Laghubitta Microfinance has conducted its 7th AGM on Poush 1, 2075. The AGM has endorsed the financial reports presented by the company’s board.
The AGM also endorsed the board’s decision to issue 26.32% dividend that amounts to Rs 6.38 crore to its shareholders from the net profit it made in the previous fiscal year.
The AGM also re-elected Ms. Sabina Upadhya and Mr. Ganesh Bhattarai into the BoD from the public shareholder group.
The microfinance institution is currently providing microcredit facilities to 72 thousand households of the nation through its 62 branches located at 47 different districts.
