Laxmi Capital Market Inks Merger Agreement with Sunrise Capital; Revamped Institution to Have Capital Base of Rs 48 Crore and Robust Business
Laxmi Capital Market Limited has inked a merger agreement with Sunrise Capital Limited on Ashoj 18, 2080.
The merger agreement was signed between chairman of Laxmi Capital Market Mr. Sumed Bhattarai and chairman of Sunrise Capital Mr. Apachh Kumar Yadav amid a program. following the merger, the new merchant bank will have Rs 48 crore in paid-up capital and the business revamped, as per the media statement.
