Laxmi Capital announces 12th AGM on Mangsir 15; Cash dividend slightly over Rs. 2 crores to be endorsed

Laxmi Capital Market Limited has announced its 12th AGM on Mangsir 15, i.e. November 30.

The 61st meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 20 has decided to conduct the AGM virtually, starting from 4 pm that day.

These are the major agendas of the AGM:

a) To present the report for the year 2076/77 prepared by the board of directors.
b) To endorse the profit and loss statement, cash flow, etc.
c) To appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approve the auditor's remuneration.
d) To endorse a cash dividend of Rs. 2,02,50,000 from the distributable profits of the fiscal year 2076/77.
