Laxmi Bank to deposit 10% bonus and 5% cash dividend directly to Demat account and Bank account; Shareholders urged to demterialize and update accounts

Laxmi Bank (LBL) had approved 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend from its 19th AGM held on Poush 06, 2076.

The bank has published a notice informing that the bonus shares will be directly deposited in the Demat account and cash dividend will be directly deposited in the bank account of the respective shareholders.

Therefore, shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet, and those who haven't yet updated their bank information in Demat account are urged to do so in order to receive dividend.
