Laxmi Bank to convene AGM on Poush 6, 2076; Agenda to approve 15% dividend

Laxmi Bank (LBL) will be convening its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 06, 2076.
The breakdown of proposed dividend is as follows:
Bonus share: 10% worth Rs 89.20 crore
Cash dividend: 5% worth Rs 44.60 crore (including tax amount)
Total: 15% worth Rs 1.33 arba
The existing paid up capital of Laxmi Bank is Rs 8.92 arba. Post the adjustment of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 9.812 arba.
The book closure date has been set on Mangsir 23, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Mangsir 22 will be eligible for participating in AGM and claiming the dividend.
