Laxmi Bank okays dividend

KATHMANDU, JAN 14:
Laxmi Bank held its 12th annual general meeting on Sunday chaired by Rajendra Khetan, chairman of the bank. The annual general meeting approved the director’s report and the financial statements of last fiscal year. It also approved distribution of 10 per cent cash dividend from the profit of last fiscal year. Similarly, the annual general meeting elected Bishwakaran Jain and Swati Roongta as executive committee members representing the public shareholders group.
