Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) has proposed an 11.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
The 249th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 25 decided to distribute 8% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend on the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are thus worth 8,556,551.89 units and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 374,349,145. The cash dividend also includes the tax amount for bonus shares.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, LBL has an LTP of Rs 319.
