Laxmi Bank holding 14th AGM today; 20% Bonus share to be endorsed

Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) is convening its 14th annual general meeting (AGM) today at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu from 2 PM onwards.

The commercial bank, which had announced 25 percent right issue through its last Annual General Meeting, has also decided to offer additional 5 percent rights share to the shareholders.

The bank has also proposed 20 percent bonus share and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.

The bank is also going to raise its authorized capital to Rs 5 arba after getting the approval from the AGM.
