Laxmi Bank concludes 22nd Annual General Meeting

Laxmi Bank’s 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today 12th January 2023 at Kathmandu.
The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2021/22 (2078/79) and also appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2022/23 (2079/80).
Laxmi Bank closed the financial year 2021/22 with a balance sheet size of NPR 173 billion and net profit of NPR 1.51 billion. All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
