The book, "Laxman Babu Shrestha, the Creator of Cable Cars in Nepal," was launched in the capital. Senior politician Bishwo Bandhu Thapa, who was Laxman's mentor, praised his clear path and purpose-driven approach.

Deputy Prime Minister Narayankaji Shrestha highlighted Laxman Babu's courage, determination, and vision for national development. The book recounts Laxman Babu's achievements, including connecting millions to the Mankamana temple via cable car and his contributions to industry and technology.

Various speakers at the event, including researchers, authors, family members, and colleagues, shared insights into Laxman Babu's character, achievements, and contributions to Nepal's development. The book's publication was arranged by New Nepal Press, with proceeds earmarked for social service through a trust.
