Last trading day to grab massive 84% bonus shares of Premier Insurance; book closure on Ashad 20

Today is the last trading day to grab massive 84% bonus shares of Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (PIC). The company will be convening its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 31, 2076.
The book closure date has been set on Ashad 20, 2076. Thus only those shareholders owning their share till Ashad 19 i.e. one trading day ahead of the book closure date are eligible for bonus shares and to participate in the AGM.
The AGM is going to be held at Naxal Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
*To endorse 84% bonus share worth Rs 49.05 crore to its shareholders for the FY 2074/75 and bonus shares tax need to be paid by the shareholders.
*To provide authority to BOD’s for merger and acquisition.
*Other agendas of the AGM are to approve major financial highlights of the FY 2074/75 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2075/76.
