Last trading day to clinch dividend of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank; Book closure on Jestha 31

Today is the last trading day to grab dividend of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited. The BOD of the company has proposed to distribute 1.50% bonus shares worth Rs.3.75 Crore and 8% cash dividend worth Rs 20.02 Crore to the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) 12th AGM will be held on 14th Asadh, 2076 (29th June, 2019) at Amritbhog, Dillibazar from 11 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76 and approve proposed dividend.
For this purpose, the books of the development bank will remain closed on Jestha 31, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Jestha 30 will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM.
