Last trading day to clinch 16% bonus shares of Prabhu Bank; book closure on Kartik 26

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of Prabhu Bank Limited. Prabhu Bank will be convening its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 6, 2076. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 26, 2076 till Mangsir 2, 2076 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Kartik 25) will be entitled to the dividend and participate on AGM.
The AGM will be held at 2:00 PM at Company's Head Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. Main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 16 percent bonus share worth Rs 1.42 arba and 0.8421% percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) for the FY 2075/76.
- To discuss and approve the consolidated financial statements including its subsidiary Prabhu Capital Limited.
- To change the existing promoters and public holdings from 55:45 to 51:49.
- To authorize BOD to initiate acquisition/merger with other financial institutions.
- Other Agendas of the AGM include the approval of financial statements of 2075/76 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 2076/77.
The existing paid up capital of Prabhu Bank Limited is Rs 8.89 arba and after the adjustment of bonus shares, bank's paid up will reaches to Rs 10.31 arba.
