Last trading day to clinch 13% bonus shares of Sabaiko Laghubitta; book closure on Mangsir 5

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL). The company is convening its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 21, 2076. The book closure date for purpose of AGM and dividend has been declared on Mangsir 05, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Mangsir 04 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and for dividend.

The major agendas for the AGM are:

• Approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board.
• Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
• Approval of the proposed dividend for the shareholders. The company has proposed 13% bonus shares worth Rs 2.14 crore and cash dividend worth Rs 11.28 lakh for tax purposes.
• Appointment of the auditor and determination of the remuneration for the same.
• Issuing 1:1 right shares from the paid-up capital of Rs 18.64 crore after adjusting the bonus.
