Last day to secure the cash dividend of First Microfinance company; FMDBL to distribute a total of Rs 8.64 crore

Today is the last day to secure a 12.63% cash dividend of First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The microfinance company will close the shareholder's book tomorrow (i.e. Ashwin 16, 2075) for the 9th AGM and the shareholders holding the shares of the microfinance till Ashwin 15 i.e. today will be eligible for the cash dividend and participation in the AGM. FMDBL will distribute a total Rs 8.64 crore as a dividend to its shareholders.
First Microfinance has a paid up capital of Rs 68.43 crore and has a reserve of Rs 18.44 crore. The company has shown an improvement in its financial in Q4 of fiscal year 74/75 as profit has increased by 27.43% compared to the same quarter of last fiscal year. The LTP of the stock stands at Rs 412.
