Last day to secure 10% bonus shares and Rs 2.10 crore cash dividend of HIDCL; AGM to be convened on Poush 30

Today is the last day to secure the 10% bonus shares and cash dividend worth Rs 2.10 crore of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL).

HIDCL's 174^th BOD meeting of the company held on 8^th Poush 2075, had proposed the following:

1. The 7^th AGM of the company will be held on 30^th Poush 2075 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamladi from 11 AM.
2. The book closure date for this purpose is on 17^th Poush 2075. Shareholders holding shares of the company till 16^th Poush will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company.
3. The company has proposed to distribute 10% bonus shares worth Rs.1 Arba and cash dividend worth Rs.2.10 Crore for tax purpose.
4. The company will be proposing 100% right shares.
