Today is the last day to hold the shares of Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) to receive its 26% dividend.
Soaltee Hotel will be convening its 44th AGM on Poush 26, 2075 in the premises of Nepal Pragya Bhawan at 11:00 AM.
The company has urged the shareholders whose DEMAT verification has been pending to provide DRN letter in the company.
The company has proposed 16.31578947% cash dividend worth Rs 10.86 crore and 10% bonus share worth Rs 6.66 crore for the FY 2074/75. Its paidup cpaital will reach Rs 73.27 crore after the adjustment of 10% bonus shares.
