Today is the last day to hold the shares of Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited (SKDBL) to receive 11.03% dividend for its upcoming AGM.
SKDBL will be convening 6th AGM on Poush 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Chamber of Industries, Morang at 10:30 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- To endorse 6% bonus shares worth Rs 1.52 crore
- To make amendments in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and to distribute 5.0363973% cash dividend worth Rs 2.56 crore.
