Today is the last day to hold the shares of Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) to participate in the upcoming AGM of the company.
Tomorrow is the book closure of the hydropower company i.e.the shareholders holding the shares till today shall be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM.
The AGM will be held on 4th Ashwin, 2075 (20 September, 2018) at Amritbhog Caterers, Dillibazar from 11:00 AM.
The major topic of discussion will be to approve the company’s decision to offer 30% right shares and 10% cash dividend to its shareholders. The AGM’s agenda will also be to elect the directors of the company.
