Today is the last day to hold the shares of Nepal SBI Bank to secure its 15.79% dividend.
Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) has published a notice regarding the 25th AGM of the bank. The AGM will be held on 30th Poush 2075 at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali from 11 AM.
The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial reports of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The bank will also propose 5% bonus shares of 40.23 Lakh units to be distributed out of the profits of FY 74/75. The bank will also propose 10.79% cash dividend worth Rs.86.82 Crore for the shareholders.
