Last day to hold the shares of Janaki Finance for participating in the 22nd AGM; AGM to distribute 22% bonus share

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) to participate in its 22nd AGM.
The AGM will be convened in Hotel Rama, Janakpurdham at 9:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- To approve the distribution of proposed 22% bonus shares
- Amendment in the MoA and AoA of the finance company
- To provide authority to the BOD for making changes in the MoA and regulations according to the statutory requirements
Other agendas of the meeting are endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2074/75, distribution of 1.16% cash dividend for tax purpose and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
