Last day to hold the shares of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta to participate in the SGM; SGM on Ashoj 05

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) to be eligible to participate in the SGM. The SGM will be held in the premises of Asian Hotel, Kalikanagar, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM on Ashoj 05, 2075.

The main agendas of the meeting are:

  1. To issue 50% right shares for the shareholders worth Rs 32.75 crore
  2. To provide 1 unit share to the promoter and ordinary shareholder for fraction shares
  3. To increase the issued capital of the company to Rs 98.25 crore from the current capital of Rs 65.50 crore.
  4. To provide authority to the directors for making amendments in the Memorandum of Association and other regulations.

For the purpose of the meeting, the book closure will be made from Bhadra 18 till Ashoj 05, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares till Bhadra 17, i.e. today shall be eligible to participate in the AGM.

GBLBS has posted net profit of Rs 16.84 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2074/75.
