Today is the last day to hold the shares of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) to participate in its upcoming AGM and to receive its 20% cash dividend.
Everest Bank will be convening its 24th AGM on Poush 10, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of the meeting include:
- Endorsement of audited financial statement for FY 2074/75
- Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
