Last day to hold the shares of City Express Finance and Global IME Laghubitta to participate in respective AGM

Today is the last day to hold the shares of City Express Finance Company Limited (CEFL) and Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) to participate in their respective AGM.

Global IME Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Limited will be convening its 6^th AGM on Kartik 29, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Hotel Gateway Himalaya Resort, Besisahar.

The main agenda of the meeting is the approval for the 100% right share on the capital resulted after 15% bonus distribution to be made through the same meeting.

City Express Finance Company will be convening its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at C.W Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are

1. To increase the paid-up capital.
2. To issue 100% right shares
3. To amend its Article of Association and Memorandum of Association.
4. To discuss about the merger/Acquisition.

Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial highlights of FY 2074/75 and appointment of auditor of FY 2075/76.
