Last day to hold the shares of Citizens Bank to claim for 5.2% dividend

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Citizens Bank to claim the 5.2% dividend. Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) will be convening its 12^th AGM on 30^th Poush 2075 at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur from 11 AM.

The agendas for the same include:

1. Endorsement of audited financial reports of FY 74/75.
2. To approve cash dividend worth Rs.13.13 Crore (approx. 1.60%).
3. Appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76.
4. To get approval for issue of FPO proposed by 267^th BOD meeting held on 20^th Jestha 2075.
5. Approval of 3.60% (approx.) bonus shares worth Rs.29.14 Crore and adjust the paid up capital accordingly.
6. To make necessary arrangements relating to merger and acquisition process
