Today is the last day to hold the shares of Bhargav Bikas Bank Limited (BHBL) for its 5.55% bonus shares.
The development bank announced 10th AGM to be convened on Ashoj 27, 2075. The meeting will be convened in Kitchen Hut Pvt. Ltd. At 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- To make amendments in the MoA and regulations as per the proposal of the BOD.
- To provide authority to the BOD to make necessary amendments in the MoA and AoA in the future.
- To provide approval to the 5.5556% bonus shares.
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2074/75 and to distribute 0.2924% cash dividend for tax purpose.
