Last day to hold shares of Miteri Development Bank to be eligible for AGM and 17% bonus shares; Capital to reach Rs 58.5 crore after adjustement

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB)'s 13^th AGM has been scheduled on 9^th Chaitra, 2075. The notice is silent regarding the time and place of the AGM.

The AGM will be endorsing 17% bonus shares worth Rs.8.50 Crore and cash dividend worth Rs.44.73 Lakhs (for tax purpose) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75.

After the adjustment of the 17% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of development bank will reach Rs 58.50 crore.

The book closure for this purpose is from 15^th Falgun to 9^th Chaitra, 2075. Investors holding shares of the development bank till 14^th Falgun, 2075 i.e. today will be eligible to claim the dividend and attend the AGM.
