Last day to hold shares of Deva Bikas Bank and Radhi Bidhyut; AGM to be held on 12th Ashad and 29th Ashad respectively

Today is the last day to hold shares of Deva Bikas Bank (DBBL) to be eligible to attend the 12th AGM of the bank.

The book closure date for the purpose of the AGM is 6th Ashad, 2076 i.e. tomorrow. Shareholders holding shares of the bank till today will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company to be held on 6th Ashad, 2076. The AGM will be held at Nepal Police Club at 11:30 AM.

The company will be endorsing 5.5% bonus share worth Rs 13.93 crore from the profit of FY 2074/75. The fractional stock dividend will be kept as it is and will be adjusted in future. After the distribution of bonus share, paid up capital will rise to Rs. 2.67 arba.

The other agendas include approval of the DDA report, for final acquisition agreement and swap ratio for acquisition of Western Development Bank. Similarly, it will also give the authority to BOD regarding further merger and acquisitions.

Today is the last day to hold shares of Radhi Bidyut (RADHI) to be eligible to attend the 27th AGM of the company.

The book closure date for the purpose of the AGM is 6th Ashad, 2076 i.e. tomorrow. Shareholders holding shares of the bank till today will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company to be held on 29th Ashad, 2076. The AGM will be held at Amritbhog Catering, Kalikasthan from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the year 75/76. The AGM will also endorse distribution of 5% cash dividend (including tax) and 5% bonus shares for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75.
