Last day to grab shares of Standard Chartered bank to be eligile for 22.50% cash dividend; AGM on Mangsir 23

Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has proposed 22.50% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 388th BOD meeting of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has decided that the 33rd AGM of the bank will be held on Mangsir 23, 2076 (December 9, 2019).
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77.
For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from Mangsir 9, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the bank till Mangsir 8, 2076 (Today) will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend of the bank.
SCB's paid-up capital as of Q4 2075/76 stood at Rs 8.01 arba and made net profit of Rs 2.49 arba.
