Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC) will be convening the 18th AGM of the hydropower company on Poush 4, 2076 where it will endorse the decision to distribute 5.26% bonus shares (including tax).
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on Mangsir 19, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Mangsir 18, 2076 (Today) will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
