Last day to grab shares of Ngadi Group Power to be eligible for 10% cash dividend; AGM on Falgun 27

Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) will be convening its 6th AGM on Falgun 27, 2076 at Amritbhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Dillibajar, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 01, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 10% cash dividend worth Rs 5.35 crore including tax amount.
The book closure is on Falgun 15, 2076. The shareholders maintained on Falgun 14, 2076 (Wednesday) will be eligible to attend the AGM and claim the dividend.
