Last day to grab 2:1 right share of Kabeli Bikas; Book Closure Tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the right shares pledged by Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited (KEBL) as the bank has scheduled its book closure date for Chait 25 to convene its annual general meeting (AGM).

The bank’s 6th AGM held on Poush, 20 2071 had decided to offer 2:1 right shares to its existing shareholders. Global IME Capital Limited, Rastriya Nach Ghar, Jamal is the share registrar (RTS) for the rights shares.

Only those investors buying shares of the bank till today (Monday) will be entitled for the right share that it has announced and approved by the AGM for the fiscal year 2070/71.
