Last day to get hold of Premier Insurance 1:1.15 Right shares

Today is the last day to get hold of Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) 1:1.15 ratio right shares, which will close today, Falgun 25, 2071.

The company’s offer of 1:1.15 ratio right shares was endorsed by its special AGM held on Baishakh 7, 2071 to shore up the paid-up capital accordingly. The company is planning to raise its authorized capital to Rs 75 crore and paid-up to Rs 50 crore.

The paid up capital of the company will increase from the existing Rs 11.73 crore to Rs. 25.21 crore after this right share issue.

The issue manager for the right shares is Laxmi Capital.
