Last day to clinch Nagbeli Laghubitta 25% right share. Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last to get hold of 4:1 (25%) right share of Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NBBL). The book closure date for the right issue has been set for Bhadra 29, 2072. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. Bhadra 28 will be eligible for the right shares. NagbeliLaghubitta AGM held on Poush 30, 2071 had approved to issue 4:1 (25%) ratio right shares. The company’s present paid up capital remains at Rs 2 crore and after adjusting right shares the paid up capital will rise to Rs 2.50 crore. NBBL has posted net profit of Rs 1.76 crore in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72. It’s EPS Stands at Rs 88.19 and net worth per share at Rs 206.64. Its last trading price stands at Rs 2,250 as on September 13, 2015.
