Last day to clinch 8.61% bonus of Nepal Community Development Bank

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited (NCDB).

The book closure date for the annual general meeting has been set on Baisakh 28, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of NCDB till Baisakh 27 (i.e. today) will be eligible for participating in the AGM.

It will be convening 8^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 18, 2075. The meeting will be held in Durbar Lawn, Rupandehi at 9:00 AM.

Nepal Community Development Bank (NCDB) has registered Rs 1.92 crore in second quarter of FY 2074/75.

After capitalization of its recently issued right shares, the development bank has a paid up value of Rs 48.46 crore. After capitalization of the approved bonus shares, it will have paid up capital of Rs 52.63 crore.

Its LTP stood at Rs 143 as of last trading day.
