Last day to clinch 6.5% dividend of Century Commercial Bank; book closure on Chaitra 29

Today is the last day to clinch 6.5% dividend of Century Commercial Bank Limited. The 8th AGM of the bank will be held on 12th Baisakh, 2076 (25th April, 2019) at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali from 11:30 AM onwards.
For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from 29th Chaitra to 12th Baisakh, 2076. Investors holding shares of CCBL till today (28th Chaitra, 2075) will be eligible to receive dividend and attend the AGM of the commercial bank.
The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial statements of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The bank will be endorsing 4.50% cash dividend (including tax) of paid up capital Rs.8.25 Arba (after right adjustment of Rs.18.70 Crore) worth Rs.37.12 Crore. It will also distribute 2% bonus shares worth Rs.16.50 Crore out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
After the adjustment of 2% bonus shares, the paid up capital of the commercial bank will stand at Rs.8.41 Arba.
