Last day to clinch 250% right shares of Naya Nepal Laghubitta; Shareholders register book to be closed tomorrow

Today is the last opportunity to be eligible for the 250% right share issuance of Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NNLB).
NNLB will be closing its shareholders register book on Shrawan 07, 2075 i.e. tomorrow for the purpose of its 250% right share issuance.
The microfinance company will be issuing 6 lakh unit shares for its shareholders.
Only those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Shrawan 06 i.e. today shall be eligible to apply for the right shares of the company.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issuance.
After the adjustment of right shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 8.40 crore.
Its LTP stands at Rs 1,888 as of Shrawan 3, 2075.
