Last day to clinch 17% cash dividend of Sahayogi Bikas Bank; Shareholders holding shares till today will be eligible for AGM and dividend

The 272^nd BOD meeting of Sahayogi Vikas Bank (SBBLJ) held on 28^th Mangsir 2075 had decided that the 15^th AGM of the development bank will be held on 25^th Falgun, 2075 (09^th March, 2019), Saturday at Hotel Manki International Limited, Janakpur.

The main agendas of the AGM include proposing distribution of 17% cash dividend worth Rs.8.66 Crore (including tax) for the shareholders from the profits of FY 74/75, to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and to appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76. Other agendas include fulfilling the formalities and regulations related with the procedure of merger and acquisition.

For the purpose of AGM, the books of the bank will remain closed from 13^th Falgun to 25^th Falgun, 2075 i.e from tomorrow. Therefore, investors holding shares of SBBLJ till 12^th Falgun will be eligible to attend the AGM.
