Last day to clinch 10% bonus share of Radhi Bidyut; AGM to be held on Ashadh 24

Today is the last day to clinch 10% bonus shares of Radhi Bidhyut Company Limited (RADHI).

RADHI had announced its AGM for FY 2073/74 on Ashadh 24, 2075. The company will endorse 10% bonus share along with 0.60% cash dividend (for tax purpose) among other agendas.

For the purpose of the same, the book closure date has been set from Ashadh 5 to Ashadh 24, 2075. So the shareholders till Ashadh 4, 2075 i.e. today will be eligible for the bonus and to participate in the AGM.

RADHI had reported Rs 4.23 crore profit in the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2074/75. The hydropower company has paid up capital of Rs 41 crore.

Radhi Bidyut Company operates a 4.40 MW Radhi Small Hydropower Project in Lamjung district that has been generating electricity since Jestha 31, 2071 and is connected to the national grid.

It's LTP stood at Rs 319 as on Ashadh 3, 2075.
