Last day to bid for share auction of Mahakali Bikas Bank Limited

Mahakali Bikas Bank Limited is closing the bids for the auction share of 1,75,132 units of promoter shares and 18,802 units ordinary share  today.

MBBL is auctioning 175,132 units of promoter shares and 18,802 units of ordinary right shares which remains unclaimed.

The minimum bid price for both types of shares is Rs 100, and a bidder must apply for at least 100 units.

The auction provides a good opportunity to clinch the share of MBBL as its last traded price stood at Rs 210 yesterday.

The development bank based in Kanchanpur had invited bids for the auction on July 8, and the bids will be opened to complete the auction on July 16.
