Last Day to Apply for "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087"

Today is the last day to apply for "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087".

Sanima Bank Limited has opened the issue of "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087" to the general public from 1st Poush. The debenture has 40,00,000 units issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit.

Since the issue was not fully subscribed, the deadline was extended till today, i.e. 15th Poush. The issue will close at the end of banking hours today.

The debenture will mature 10 years from now, i.e. in the year 2087. While 16 lakh units will be open to the general public, 24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue, i.e. 80,000 units are reserved for mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 16 lakh units.
